fix: button hover flicker, SVG icons for text glyphs, and larger flask in extension icons - #28

File-upload warning, base-URL arrow, auth-tab dot, and the environments legend checkmark were plain text glyphs; they now render as SVG icons consistent with the rest of the icon set. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Translating a button up on :hover moved it out from under a cursor resting on its bottom edge, toggling hover on and off in a loop and making clicks miss. Keep the glow/colour hover feedback instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Scale the flask up inside the extension icon tile to cut the internal margin, crop the sidebar icon viewBox so the flask fills the frame, and move a larger "://" mark down to sit just above the flask's base. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fix button hover flicker
On hover, buttons moved up 1–2px. With the cursor on a button's bottom edge, the button moved out from under it, so hover turned on and off repeatedly and clicks could miss.
The movement is removed from every affected button. Hover feedback is now only the glow and colour change, which never moves the button:
.btn-primaryPressed state: instead of moving back into place on click, Send and the primary buttons now shrink their glow, so a click still gives visible feedback.
Replace text glyphs with SVG icons
The file-upload warning, base-URL arrow, auth-tab dot and the checkmark in the environments legend were plain text or emoji characters. They are now SVG icons, matching the rest of the icon set (new
DotIcon;WarningIconnow acceptssizeandclassName).Larger flask in the extension icons
