ESPrinkler v2.0

This release focuses on the overhaul of the PCB with some minor tweaks to the YAML code.

Schematic & PCB

• Added text on silkscreen for clarity
• Added TVS protection pre buck converter
• Changed buck converter to XL1509-5.0 due to simplicity and cost
• Changed 12-pin barrier terminal block to a wire-to-board style
• Changed PCB layout
• Changed mounting holes to ones with exposed pads and vias, added mount hole reference to schematic
• Cleaned up schematic for readability

Code Changes

• Moved around entities into different categories (Controls, Sensors, Config, etc)
• Changed the way the status LEDs behave

Additions

• Added a .yaml file for an example dashboard
• Added a .yaml example secrets file
