Description
This PR moves the
trace/widgets/utilitiesdirectory totrace/utilitiesas it is it's own set of tools.Additionally, this PR adds
utilitiesandservicesto the isort configuration inpyproject.toml. This is done so that the pre-commit will sort the imports correctly.Motivation
Some of the imports were sorting wrong.
