The backend picks a starter from the family of the trade somebody declared, and the reasoning for each pair is written in resolve_starter. The person it was chosen for never saw any of it: every HELLO.md was the same generic text, so a systems programmer forking the Rust starter and a writer forking the HTMX one read identical instructions and no reason why they were anywhere in particular.

One line, in both languages the file already speaks.
