The mtcvctm library has been absorbed into registry-cli. Remove mtcvctm from: - Open source project listing - Container images table - Custom credential howto guide (mtcvctm GitHub Action no longer needed)

Removes mtcvctm from documentation as the library has been absorbed into registry-cli (sirosfoundation/registry-cli#17).
