Preface

1. What is Cardano?

Cardano Project try to make blockchain technology becomes practical and useful. The core product is Cardano Network based on a modern consensus protocol - (Delegation Proof Of Stake (DPoS)

2. What is Cardano Stake Pool?

In order to operate the DPoS Network , Cardano Stake Pool is the minimum Processing Unit which verify/validate transactions.

3. What is ADA ?

ADA is a native token of Cardano Network, every transaction in Cardano Network require to pay a fee in ADA. 1 ADA = 1000000 Lovelace. Max supply of ADA is 45 billions token for the whole network (31 billions token is in the market at the time this document have been written)

4. What does Stake/Delegation means ?

Stake or Delegation is a action that a ADA owner delegates their ADA to a Stake Pool. Delegate in this scope does not mean transfer the token ownership, it does only transfer the voting/block-processing right. The owner could spend/un-delegate their fund at anytime.

5. Why does I need to Stake/Delegation to a Stake Pool ?

Delegation your ADA to a Stake Pool is beneficial for both Stake Pool Owners(SPO) and ADA owners (delegators). Delegator could get the interest from their fund, the interest rate is about 5% ( depend on which Stake Pool and luck).

The delegators have full control on their tokens if and only if they does not discloses the private/seed phrases ( 15 - 24 words).

There is no Stake Pool require your seed phrases.
