This PR opens up for flexibility in the formulation used for adding piecewise affine functions to JuMP models. The alternative formulations are based upon using a vertex representation instead of halfplanes. These are now calculated checking all combinations of planes which should not be too inefficient considering that the number of planes is typically not too large.

There are still some work to be done on testing and docs, but nice if someone has some time to look at it and see if this is a sensible approach.
