Bump the four artifacts that carry the Pyfun version, per RELEASING.md: the compiler, the VS Code client, the JetBrains plugin and the Emacs mode. The attached vsix is named from package.json rather than the tag, so this lands before v0.7.0 is cut. 0.7.0 is the Scrabble performance round: isinstance ladders for Option/Result matches, nullary constructor singletons, match-consumed lookups and equality searches lowered to Python's own forms, linear folds over destructured elements, slots on every emitted class, plus four check-passes-run-fails fixes (#84, #92/#97, #96, #99).
