Migrate to the current stable release of the `clap` command-line argument parser crate. Addresses `cargo audit` warnings about unmaintained transitive dependencies and makes it easier to respond to future security updates.
I think this is only necessary when distinguishing multiple positional arguments; the programme only takes one.
