To successfully build on E730 a CyanogenMod 10 file need to be changed

bionic/libc/arch-arm/bionic/libgcc_compat.c

adding:
     XX(__aeabi_ulcmp)        \

on row 122, this fix a missing symbol on the static library libril-qc-1.so
