Most of my work is in private repos (my own product plus client work through my agency), so here's the overview of what I've built and what I'm capable of.

🚀 Current work: IdeaFast

A customer research platform that turns thousands of Reddit discussions into evidence-backed customer pain reports for founders. Live product, real payments, built and operated solo: LLM analysis pipeline, async data ingestion, subscriptions, programmatic SEO. Public showcase at ideafast-public.

🛠️ Selected work

• AI incident-management platform (private client work) — AI-powered fleet incident and claims (FNOL) processing for the insurance domain. Python + FastAPI backend, Next.js frontend, Dockerized with Terraform infra.
• Scryb (private) — AI note assistant: speak or write, it transcribes, auto-categorizes, and lets you chat with your notes. Next.js 16, React 19, Prisma.
• Dictation — free, offline, system-wide voice-to-text for macOS. whisper.cpp with Apple Silicon GPU acceleration, ~2-3s transcription, fully local.
• Open-Fiesta (open source) — contributed the conversation sharing feature, a merged PR touching ~28 files (#55).
• build-fast — my SaaS boilerplate: Next.js 15, Prisma, Better Auth, Stripe/LemonSqueezy, rate limiting.
• discord-clone — real-time chat app in TypeScript.
• Agency work (private) — full-stack products for clients: SaaS apps, dashboards, auth and payment flows, landing pages.

⚙️ How I work

Agent-native. I build with Claude Code daily: I own the architecture and read every diff, agents give me the speed. That's how IdeaFast shipped solo, and how I deliver client work fast without shipping slop.
