[WIP] Add data, src, and eval folders

Plan to Create Required Project Folders

This task requires creating at least three folders in the repository: data, src, and eval.

Current State:

• Repository only contains README.md
• No existing folder structure

Implementation Plan:

• Create the data folder
• Create the src folder
• Create the eval folder
• Add .gitkeep files to ensure folders are tracked by git
• Verify the folder structure is correct
