[Bug]: Upload button remains disabled after selecting multiple files

Steps to Reproduce

Linux Mint 22 / Chrome Browser
Open Shelby Explorer.

Click on "Upload Files".

Select a large batch of files (e.g., 36 files as shown in my screenshot).

Wait for all files to show the "Ready" status.

Observe the "Upload" button at the bottom.

Expected Behavior

"The 'Upload' button should become active once the files are processed and marked as 'Ready', allowing the user to start the batch upload."

Actual Behavior & Errors

"Even though all 36 files are marked as 'Ready', the 'Upload' button remains greyed out/disabled. No specific error message is displayed, but the UI prevents the user from proceeding with the batch upload."

"I’ve been testing the Shelby Explorer extensively and noticed that while the protocol is solid, the Web UI often bottlenecks during bulk uploads (as I documented with screenshots).

To solve this, I’ve prototyped a Python-based Auto-Sync Daemon. It uses a 'Watch Folder' logic: you drop a file in a local folder, and it syncs to Shelby via CLI in the background. No UI freezes, no manual clicks.

I strongly suggest integrating this 'Watch Folder' logic natively or as a secondary official tool. It would transform the user experience into a seamless 'Decentralized Dropbox'. Happy to share my logic/scripts with the core team! 🚀"

Can reproduce this issue. When selecting more than 3 files simultaneously,
the upload button stays greyed out until I deselect and reselect the files.
Workaround for now is selecting files one at a time.

Environment: Chrome 124, Windows 11, Shelby testnet
