Added tests `test_vectorfield_max` and `test_vectorfield_max_mtf` to `tests/test_vectors_and_fields.py` to cover the `max()` method of `VectorField` for both numerical and MTF data. Fixed a GitHub Action CI issue where `astral-sh/setup-uv@v3` was failing to find `uv.lock` by disabling the cache configuration (`enable-cache: true` removed).
