Summary

• Prepare Hermes Console v0.6.0
• Move session detail, cron reliability, and log-derived event notes from Unreleased into the v0.6.0 changelog section
• Bump root/API/web/runtime package versions to 0.6.0

Test Plan

• pnpm release:check
• Built app smoke: PORT=7799 pnpm start, checked /api/meta/app, /api/logs, and /logs
• Browser smoke on built /logs; no console errors

Notes

• Build still emits the existing Vite large chunk warning; build succeeds.
• Existing Recharts width warning appears in web tests; unrelated to this release prep.
