A few times an hour during active use, Neuroglancer will stop being able to load new meshes. There are no errors, it just looks as if the server is not responding. However, activating other neurons to try to download their meshes continues to not load yet on page refresh, the meshes load normally. To me, this suggests the problem is not the mesh server, but something happening in Neuroglancer.
