Summary of changes in this PR:

  • Updates the repository metadata to org standards v6 and records GitHub as the repo platform.
  • Updates CI to run the standard lint, format, typecheck, build, test, and latest standards-check steps directly, with a guard that waits for the automation step to complete.
  • Moves oxfmt ignore handling into the managed formatter config, removes the obsolete standalone ignore file, and simplifies the format scripts.
  • Adds pnpm release-age cooldown exclusions for the org package scopes while preserving the repo's existing standards-package exception.
  • Updates the local standards check script to use the same fresh-release-safe dlx invocation as CI.

2 finding(s). Run `standards apply` for the mechanical part.
