Pins @seatlayer/core and @seatlayer/js to 0.65.0, which carries the Performance Group widget work the app has been running vendored: run-wide run counts and the ticket-stub seat card, the per-night dateline with tappable night rows, and the price note taking its own line instead of truncating the category name. The minimumReleaseAgeExclude entries are required, not optional — without them CI cannot install a package published minutes ago and fails with ERR_PNPM_MINIMUM_RELEASE_AGE_VIOLATION.
