derive all exclusion/bucket/categorization sets from src/ecosystems.ts (ADR 018), JVM first-class session briefing gains a longitudinal pulse slice over .meridian/pulse/ history (ADR 019) retention engine bounds .meridian/artifacts/ and the run log; Meridian Storage tree section with prune trim dead chat settings and workflow/agent telemetry chain
resolutions: telemetry.ts takes main's pruned command-only tracker; constants.ts drops LOG_SETTINGS and non-command telemetry kinds (main pruned harder, zero references); main.ts keeps main's no-cwd-fallback hygiene guard plus the runLog/pulse wiring; package.json keeps sprint additions and re-applies main's palette/menu lockdown of cleanup/deleteFile/ignoreFile and the vitest 4 upgrade
