Closing in favor of #65, which tracks the full coordinated ESLint v10 ecosystem upgrade.

This PR on its own would still fail npm ci because typescript-eslint@^8.59.0 peers eslint@^9, and eslint-plugin-astro hasn't been verified against eslint v10 either. The @eslint/js v10 bump (#36) tried the same single-package approach and broke six consecutive prod deploys until #64 reverted it.

The whole eslint family needs to move together — see #65 for the checklist. Dependabot will likely reopen this one when it next runs; we can either keep closing them until #65 lands, or add an ignore rule for these packages in .github/dependabot.yml until the coordinated upgrade ships.
