feat(pane): one box per agent, health colours, and a details popup - #15

- Each agent is a bordered box titled by its worktree name (repo shown for Herdr worktrees); the selected box is filled and tinted. - Border colour is the state: green running, yellow stopped (pane exists), red stale (sandboxes down, pane gone). - enter opens a popup with the client and server sandboxes: processes with their whole command line, and the policy (allowed hosts, directories, sockets). g jumps; help and profiles are popups too. - Key hints and status move to the top lines, and the screen repaints on start, resize and focus so they show without a click. - Remove the stale AGENTS.md.
