Summary

• update the Homebrew formula to aislop 0.14.1
• reset the formula revision for the new upstream version
• document C# and C/C++ support and optional toolchains
• pin the checkout action to an exact verified commit

Validation

• formula SHA-256 independently matches the published npm tarball
• Ruby syntax and formula update-helper tests pass
• brew audit --strict passes
• the only scanner warning is the required canonical npm registry source URL in the formula
