• bump the Python distribution and default CLI pin to 0.14.1
• refresh package metadata, changelog, and 10-language documentation
• pin build tooling and official GitHub Actions to exact verified versions
• use the project identity for public package authorship

Validation

• 8 unit tests pass
• source and wheel distributions build successfully
• the wheel installs in a clean environment and reports 0.14.1
• aislop scan scores 100/100 with zero findings
