Implements HA lead balloob's accepted answer on architecture discussion #1415.

Changes

  • Lib delivers the platform Command (the one mandated change): pyhvac-ir now depends on infrared-protocols and exposes pyhvac_ir.to_command(signal) -> Command (new pyhvac_ir/command.py). The integration dropped its local _RawCommand wrapper.
  • Domain renamed ir_hvac → infrared_climate ("infrared" in the domain name, per guidance); classes (InfraredClimate, InfraredClimateController, InfraredClimateConfigFlow), strings, and docs updated.
  • Path 2 (clean-room) demoted to optional — the LGPL lib is approved for core, so it's no longer required.

Verification

  • pytest: 75409 passed, 0 failed.
  • Live on HA 2026.6.3: all 65 protocols PASS under the new infrared_climate domain, lib-delivered Command (auto-detect + 64 manual).

Refs maintainer-decision memory; see docs/ROADMAP.md "Maintainer alignment".

…protocols Command; rename domain to infrared_climate

Per balloob's accepted answer on HA architecture discussion #1415:
- pyhvac_ir now depends on infrared-protocols and delivers the platform Command class via
  pyhvac_ir.to_command(); the integration dropped its local _RawCommand wrapper.
- Integration domain renamed ir_hvac -> infrared_climate ("infrared" in the domain name);
  classes (InfraredClimate*), strings, and docs updated to match.
- Path 2 (clean-room) demoted to optional — the LGPL lib is approved for HA core.

All 75409 unit tests pass; all 65 protocols re-verified live on HA 2026.6.3 under the new domain.
