💡 What: Added tabname and fname filters directly to the CDPOS query in determine_change_doc_data.
🎯 Why: To reduce database transfer latency and memory overhead by pushing filter conditions to the database rather than filtering locally in internal tables.
📊 Impact: Reduces memory overhead and database transfer time for equipment change document retrieval.
🔬 Measurement: Can be verified by reviewing the CDPOS database query performance in ST05 trace, observing fewer records transferred for equipment with extensive change histories.
