ML Kit for Firebase

This should restore this package to a version before breaking changes occured. Should be used together with the Morphing Interior project.

Notes

• Based on firebase_ml_vision version 0.2.1.
• Changes to podspec file to set version of FireBase/MLVision as 5.15.0.
