GRE (Graduate Record Examination) is a test which is required when you plan to pursue higher education in USA, Canada, UK etc. This is a 340 marks exam with 3 sections - Quants, Verbal and Analytical writing. Quants and Verbal sections are of 170 marks each while AWA section asks a candidate to write 2 essays which has 6 points apart from 340.
