Summary

No production code changed. This closes the doc-staleness gap flagged directly by the repo owner: "the current roadmap now understates Phase 3 progress and omits #89/#91," and extends the fix to public-facing docs (not just internal audit docs) since this is a public repo.

The roadmap and audit-overview status sections understated Phase 3
progress (WP-L2 TypeScript/JS extractor and WP-L6a language-aware
retrieval filter had both shipped but were still shown unchecked/not
mentioned) and omitted today's #89 fix (relation-type-aware expansion
ranking, live-verified) and #91 (the distinct same-relation-type
overload limitation it surfaced, left open). Also fixes a
long-standing inaccuracy: the import edge type is `IMPORTS`, not
`IMPORT`, in README/CLAUDE.md.

Public repo, so this also updates README.md (multi-language support,
edge type name, RAG-quality update pointer) and CLAUDE.md (project
description), not just the internal audit docs -- avoids Codex/Claude
sessions having to reconstruct current status from git log each time.
