The stock character select had no EnterWorld.

EnterWorld follows 0x46b500:

  • it returns silently with no realm, no record or no world link;
  • flag 0x4 opens OKAY CHAR_LOGIN_LOCKED_FOR_TRANSFER and flag 0x4000 fires FORCE_RENAME_CHARACTER, neither sending;
  • otherwise it writes and saves lastCharacterIndex, enters state 8 and logs in, the last call of a frame winning.
    A refused login (0x5aad70) sets state 9, whose OKAY button re-enumerates on the same link.

The rebuilt glue is now seated before SET_GLUE_SCREEN, so a logout's select asks for its list. A refusal queued in the same drain as the entry now wins, natively too. The login-send doc is a Deviation line stating the reference's load-then-send.

Tests cover each guard and arm, and the entry, refusal and logout flows over the fake world.
