Cursor verbs follow the client's arms: bar, bags, doll and trade

The cursor verbs follow the client's arms, on top of the primitives from #1038:

• Action bar. PickupAction places only what the bar can take (0x4e615d) and picks up over anything else. Bar spells and macros lift with their own setters, so CursorHasSpell sees them. Dropping the slot's own action, or a spell its macro or item casts (0x4e5a50), only clears the cursor.
• Bags and doll. Clicks pick up over a held spell, macro or coins, and clear a held bar item (0x4f9de9, 0x4f9f41). A misfit doll drop auto-equips (0x4c78ef).
• Trade. A slot click swaps the old item back (0x4c0036). An offered item stays locked until the server closes the trade, and the close fires the unlocks between its two signals.
• SplitContainerItem refuses a count outside the stack.
