TypeScript 7 removed `baseUrl` (TS5102) and rejects a non-relative target in `paths` (TS5090), so `npm run typecheck` fails on the compiler this commit's parent installs. `baseUrl: "."` resolved the targets against this file's directory, and a `./` prefix resolves them the same way without the removed option, so the four mappings still point where they did. Nothing else reads them: vitest resolves `@podiumstack/*` through `resolve.alias` in its own configs, so this is confined to `tsc`. The rewritten form compiles under 5.x as well as 7.x, which is why it belongs in this PR rather than ahead of it.
