Bring the public README in line with the synced content: drop the removed /setup skill (venv now builds automatically via the SessionStart hook), drop Continue support and the <tool> arg from /code (opencode-only now), describe the MCP-server architecture, and fix the DB path (parameters.db). Adds the public-only pytest suite (tests/) and the offline test + secret-gated live CI jobs that gate every future Copybara sync PR. Plugin content already on main via #6.
