Hey! I'm Prithvi, Founding PM at WeLeap.ai and MS HCI grad from UC Santa Cruz.
I spent the last few days deep-diving into Greenroom's product and problem space as a case study exercise, and honestly, this was one of the most interesting workflows I've worked with. The blend of relationship management, financial operations, and trust-building at the settlement moment is a uniquely hard problem, and I wanted to see if I could contribute a meaningful product direction.

The core insight: Greenroom was being treated as a historical record, but users experience it as a decision environment.
Settlement isn't about viewing what happened — it's about determining whether the payout is right, defensible, and safe to move.
Once I reframed the product that way, everything clicked:
