Potential fix for https://github.com/saitarrun/LeetMap-Pro/security/code-scanning/1

Add an explicit permissions: block to the workflow file. The best minimal fix without changing workflow behavior is:

  • Set root-level permissions: contents: read so default token access is restricted for all jobs.
  • Since this workflow uploads SARIF (upload-sarif@v3), grant security-events: write at the job level for MSDO so that only this job gets the additional write scope it needs.

Edit only .github/workflows/defender-for-devops.yml:

  • Insert workflow-level permissions after the on: triggers and before jobs:.
  • Insert job-level permissions under MSDO: before runs-on:.

No imports, methods, or dependencies are needed (YAML-only change).

Suggested fixes powered by Copilot Autofix. Review carefully before merging.

…n permissions
