What

Synthetic docs-only control fixture. DO NOT MERGE.

Adds one neutral sentence to the README Health Checks section clarifying that pnpm health:repo is the first stop before the heavier release gate.

Why

We are validating docs-only Codex review behavior after ARV-1 through ARV-6. Expected result: no generic comments and no demand for tests because this does not change behavior or make a new unsupported current-state claim.

How

One README sentence only.

Expected Codex result:

  • Prefer thumbs-up/no findings.
  • A comment would be useful only if it identifies a real unsupported current-state claim or contradiction in the changed text.

Expected noise to avoid:

  • Requests for product tests, UI screenshots, implementation changes, or broad docs style nits.

Testing

  • git diff --check
  • Commit hooks passed: branch guard, atomic guard, prettier, generated-file guard, large-file guard, gitleaks, commitlint.

Risks

Synthetic PR only. Must be closed unmerged after recording Codex review behavior.

Performance impact

None.

Lockfile rationale

No lockfile changes.

Screenshots

Not applicable.

Docs-only control fixture. Please review only for unsupported current-state claims or contradictions in the changed README wording. This PR is synthetic and must not merge.

DOCS-CONTROL validation result: PASS.

Codex reviewed this benign docs-only README wording change and reported: Did not find any major issues. It produced no inline comments and no generic test/screenshot/style noise.

Noise assessment: clean. This supports the expected docs-only treatment: light review unless the diff introduces unsupported current-state claims or contradictions.

Cleanup: closing this synthetic PR unmerged and deleting the fixture branch next.
