Update the public SciREPL Pro privacy policy

Summary

Update the canonical public policy used by SciREPL Pro's Google Play listing so it explicitly matches the submitted Data Safety declaration:

• optional collection and sharing for app functionality
• Other in-app messages, Files and docs, and Other user-generated content
• user-selected AI/provider/broker destinations rather than a SciREPL-operated collection server
• local deletion controls and why there is no developer-side deletion-request service
• AI Prompt cells included in the Direct AI explanation

The policy body matches the corresponding SciREPL-Pro change, apart from the expected relative link to the Free policy.
