Publication-led Design 面向高审美海报、Campaign KV、广告、封面、包装视觉和可编辑静态 PowerPoint。它先核对素材与主张，再从真实可检查的作品中提炼规则，建立真正不同的方向，等待选择，然后完成生产和视觉 QA。

第一组公开案例使用完全相同的事实和文案，完成了档案系统、比例排印、抽象版画、材料静物和建筑空间五个真方向。案例公开参考来源、可迁移规则、禁抄边界、完整 brief、五份生成提示词、失败诊断与选择后修正。

- 参考不是贴风格标签：每个参考必须能打开、能看到具体作品、能说清作者与项目，并提炼一条可观察规则和一条禁抄边界。
- 默认五个真方向：不是五个配色或裁切版本，而是在概念、构图、字体、材质、图像角色和节奏上实质不同。
- 产品身份锁定：产品轮廓、比例、材质、颜色、Logo、标签和关键细节不能在生成中漂移。
- 硬选择闸门：静态演示文稿先做同文案关键页方向，用户明确选择后才允许制作全稿。
- 技术 QA 与审美 QA 分开：文件可编辑、无溢出不等于设计好；最弱页面没有解决，就不能标记 final。
- 来源证据可追溯：状态机、文件哈希、外部锁、逐页渲染、方向血缘和交付字节都有验证约束。

海报路线以图像生成为主。脚本负责预检、证据和精确文字修复，不能用模板化 SVG 替代真正的创意图像。

演示路线支持新建、审计和重设计。默认五个关键页方向使用完全相同的锁定文案；用户选择前，不生成隐藏全稿。
内置参考资源同时提供：
- 权威机构、奖项、博物馆、刊物和原作者的搜索入口；
- 可直接打开的 2026 项目、获奖作品、秀场和经典作品种子池；
- 平面、字体与编辑、装饰版画、包装、当代艺术、摄影插画、时尚、建筑产品、数字互动、数据叙事等领域；
current signal与canonical lineage两种时间尺度；- 来源分级、版权状态、禁抄边界和增量维护格式。
Pinterest、Behance、Dribbble、Instagram、Are.na 等只能做发现入口，不能替代原项目、机构或作者证据。

- 从参考中学习层级、节奏、裁切、密度、色彩角色、材质行为和叙事关系；不复制 Logo、角色、服装、独占字体、标志性构图、文案或在世创作者的个人风格。
- 静态演示路线不承诺原生动画、自动播放、嵌入视频或转场。
Publication-led Design is a Codex skill for art-directed posters, campaign visuals, covers, packaging imagery, and editable static presentations. It audits source truth, learns from inspectable references, produces materially distinct directions, enforces a hard selection gate, and separates technical validation from aesthetic QA.
It is deliberately not a house-style prompt pack. Each unrelated brief starts cold. References must identify the exact inspected work, creator, transferable rule, rights status, and non-copy boundary. Default poster and presentation exploration produces five real directions, not five cosmetic variants.
