Summary

• publish Quantum Research as a provisional 75/B Promo project card in EN/RU all and project tierlists
• add the supplied prototype image and rebuild the all/project sprite atlases
• update stale landing-page totals to the actual 957 cards / 717 projects while preserving all current guide links
• preserve all 956 existing card payloads exactly; the semantic diff adds only Quantum Research

Impact

The public tierlist gains one new card. No existing card score, text, or tier changes.

Notes

The aggregate npm run test:site reaches the untouched tierlist-builder smoke and times out waiting for its existing category count locally; all task-relevant site and Quantum checks pass.
