This pull request updates the release automation workflow to improve the release process and ensure important files are committed after a release. The main changes are:

Release workflow improvements:

• The GitHub Actions workflow now ignores changes to package.json when determining whether to trigger the release workflow, reducing unnecessary runs.

Automated release commit enhancements:

• The release configuration now includes the @semantic-release/git plugin, which automatically commits updated CHANGELOG.md and package.json files with a standardized release message after each release.
