Two kids asked for a silly game and spent more of the afternoon dismissing interruptions than playing it — a session the studio's own dashboard would score as a success, because frustration and delight are the same shape at the metrics layer. Regulators, consumer bodies, compliance auditors and census researchers have documented everything about this except the figure that decides it: how often *this* app stops *this* child. That one is tracked in fine detail and sold by subscription to the publishers buying the ad inventory.
