Issue with PanPane zoom

It appears the method I'm using for computing the zoom pivot in PanPane.setupSimpleMouseControls() breaks down when you zoom too far in and you're not near the origin. I need to revisit how the pivot and zoom calculations are handled.

This appears to only happen when I'm zooming into a point > origin when the origin is not visible (and only on the axes that are > origin).
