Fixed incorrect file "stick-active.xpm" in /Solarized-Dark-Cyan-3.36/xfwm4/ "@ c #2AA198", was missing so line 8 was ignored.

stick-active.xpmin/Solarized-Dark-Cyan-3.36/xfwm4/"@ c #2AA198",was missing so line 7 ( now 8 ) was ignored causing a visual bug.This issue could be present in the other theme color variants.
