Summary

• Prevents the revenue accelerator from resurfacing completed existing-page expansions for animation and gradient generator.
• Marks the open overtime calculator draft as in_progress in the machine-readable backlog so the next run does not duplicate PR Add overtime pay calculator #28.
• Regenerates the 2026-06-12 accelerator snapshot so the next top action is Furusato Tax Limit Calculator and auto-pr candidates move to unfinished pages.
