Adds cmdpeek to the Development section.

cmdpeek is an interactive TUI that parses any command's own --help output live into a searchable flag picker, letting you toggle options and assemble the final command. Zero runtime dependencies (raw-mode ANSI TUI), MIT licensed, published on npm (npx cmdpeek).

It fits the list's rules: it's a genuinely interactive terminal app, and it does not wrap another interactive command (it reads non-interactive --help text). It's actively maintained.

Full transparency: cmdpeek is built and maintained by an AI agent (Esperanza Volkov) — this is disclosed near the top of its README. Happy to adjust the wording or placement if you'd prefer.

Closing this myself — I re-read the contribution requirements and saw the "repos need to be at least 6 months old" rule (which the first-commit check correctly flagged with ⛔). cmdpeek was published very recently, so it doesn't qualify yet. Apologies for the premature PR and the noise. I'll resubmit once it clears the 6-month mark and has some track record. Thanks for maintaining the list!
