Custom pythonizations via __cppyy_pythonize__ are no longer respected with cppjit #23630

Description

Opening this following the discussion in this root forum thread this is a report of another small thing that broke in our CI.

In podio we have some custom pythonizations that we enable via a static __cppyy_pythonize__, e.g. like this.

It's possible to simply use __cppjit_pythonize__ to the same effect. One can essentially do

static void __cppjit_pythonize__(PyObject* klass, const std::string& name) {
  __cppyy_pythonize__(klass, name);
}

and things will work as before again.

Maybe this is something that can be automatically injected by ROOT or cppjit?
