What does this change?
New visual layer for the whole panel ("Instrumento") plus a redesigned sign-in page, released as 3.10.0.
files/web/app.css: CSS-only layer on top of the existing tokens (surfaces, buttons, segmented controls, sliders, tab bar indicator, tabular numbers, blurred header/tab bar/sheets, short tab fade). System fonts only, so it works fully offline. No logic or HTML touched.files/sdrkit_server.py: newLOGIN_HTML(logo, glass card, show/hide password, Caps Lock hint, loading and error states, spectrum background). Same/logincontract and__ERR__placeholder; Spanish/English as before.CLAUDE.md: repo notes (panel stays offline and simple).VERSIONand server fallback bumped to 3.10.0;CHANGELOG.mdupdated.How was it tested?
