When I was preparing package for Guix, I faced build environment which didn't contain /bin/sh in its environment. I can make my life easier by making this shell configurable.

I am preparing package for distribution I use (GuixSD) and I don't have
/bin/shavailable in build environment.Following PR will make shell file used in hashbangs configurable.
