Could not resolve import path in my ts file when build with @rollup/plugin-typescript#1467

Reproduce code:
https://github.com/ederzz/testrollup/tree/master

When i run npm run dev，i got the error:

Error [RollupError]: Could not resolve "./types" from "src/vm.ts"

Would someone help me to fix it.Thx.

    I want to build vm.ts, and output the file without import statement, only get a single js file.
