Create SMF manifests for portunusd, example apps

Would make it much easier to restart the whole suite if SMF were involved.

Looking at /lib/svc/manifest/network/ssh.xml and /lib/svc/method/sshd, it seems that not only can SMF restart applications, but that it might also be able to interact with the firewall and set aside application ports for portunusd.

Specifically:

• the create_ipf_rules function in the sshd "method" script
• the firewall_context property group in the ssh manifest
• /lib/svc/share/ipf_include.sh

Further, /lib/svc/manifest/network/rexec.xml specifies that its "restarter" is inetd. Do FastCGI / WSGI apps specify Apache / Nginx as their restarters? Should PortunusD apps specify portunusd as their restarter?

I think this is still important. Need to take an afternoon or two and study SMF to get some ideas about how this can be incorporated.
