Hi Robert,
I've been using marge for my work and we decided to do some quality of life updates.
Specifically this pull request addresses issue #9 to control the stderr output from HOMER which can become a lot if running multiple HOMER analyses. This request also addresses issue #6 which was causing issues because of the
-aoption passed totype. Finally, I've taken the time to go through and update all of thedplyrandtidyrverbs to avoid any future issues.Thanks for the great package and hope this pull request helps.
